Commission and Adopt TOS. This is my first time making a real TOS, so future Improvements will be expected.

(Note: this looks like a lot of rules to follow, but most likely, you follow these without even thinking about it every day. so it's nothing really unreasonable.)
Who do these rules apply to? Anyone who has purchased art from me. weather it be a YCH, Animation/ART Commission, adopt, (etc)
What are the rules for? as an owner of my art, it is your duty to be aware, and uphold these rules anytime you Repost/recreate/edit/clip/crop etc, in order to keep my art from being used for problematic, and purposes that I will not be comfortable with.
[I will provide a short version of the rules to summarize.
1.Purposfully not crediting me for my art for malicious reasons
3.Turning my art in a way that promotes and encourages problematic things.

(I will provide example scenarios to share what is ok (indicator:🟩) and what will break my rule. (indicator:🔴)
1. Failing to credit me as the artist, for malicious reasons.
Example:🟩 You rushed a post to share your new adopt, forgetting to credit me.
Example:🟩 You do not state who the art is from, unless someone asked
Example: 🔴failing to give proper credit by claiming someone else created the art, for decietful reasons

Example:🟩tracing my art to update/remake/add to art that I created for you.
Example: 🟩 posting art that you traced from me, for the sake of practice

Or anything simular to the examples stated.4. Using my art for NFTs, and feeding my art to AI, or any technology simular to the ones stated.
Example:🟩 posting an AI version of my art that was created via text prompt. ( describing my art to AI, to see the AI interpretation of my art, for fun.)
Example: 🔴Feeding my art to AI, in order to re-create my style, to make as much of "my art" as you want.
(I do not want you to purchase my adopt with the intension of making NSFW art with said adopt)
